Working Process of Dry Type Transformer

  1. Primary winding connected to grid AC; high-permeability iron core generates and conducts closed alternating magnetic flux for energy transfer.


  2. Alternating flux induces electromotive force in secondary winding; voltage step-up/step-down is achieved by primary-secondary turn ratio adjustment.


  3. Epoxy-cast/impregnated solid insulation isolates circuits, preventing leakage and short circuits for safe multi-scenario installation.


  4. Two cooling modes: AN (natural convection for stable loads); AF (fan-forced cooling for high loads/short-term overloads).


  5. Two operation modes: continuous operation (rated capacity supply); short-time/periodic load operation (peak loads, loaded-no-load alternation).
